Poway is located in North County, just east of Interstate 15 and considered to be one of the best inland cities of San Diego County. It was an unincorporated community in San Diego County until it became a city in December, 1980. With its spectacular views of Poway - and beyond - you will definitely enjoy the great outdoors on this trail. But if this isn't challenging enough for you, try hiking through Blue Sky to the Lake Poway trail and then hiking all the way to the top of Mount Woodson. Either trail, please keep your dog on a leash, clean up after them, and bring plenty of water for you and your pet.

It's an old-fashioned tradition of a one-of-a-kind event that will delight you and your family during the holiday season. Pet the animals at the petting zoo? Have their face painted? Ride the steam locomotive train? Listen to live holiday music? There are lots of things for adults to do and see as well...
